No, unfortunately, Mike isn't travelling at the moment - just busy and 
y'all seemed to be answering questions better than I could !
For WF doc, the first good reference should be the doc in the product. It 
is true that there is not a current WF Redbook but I think the one done 
for 5.1.2.6 should still be valid for the most part.  That is, the webapp 
structure and basic generation is much the same in v7 with mostly 
improvements in the runtime.  Also as I have time I try to write a 
technote or so about things that may be useful. To find the technotes and 
techdocs an that manner o thing you could go to 
http://www-306.ibm.com/software/awdtools/wdt400/support/ and use something 
like  v6 and webfacing to find topics of interest.  And there are goodies 
here though they might be a bit dated,  but still good
