We have been installing WDSc v7.0 on our developers PCs and most have installed correctly but we have 2 that are receiving the following error and preventing WDSc from being installed. Any thoughts on what the problem is and how to resolve it?

Error installing IBM Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries
Error during "install" phase:
Problems installing IUs
Removing artifact 'plugin com.ibm.websphere.v6_6.0.100' failed.
Deleting file 'C:\Program Files\IBM\SPD70Shared\plugins\com.ibm/websphere.v6_6.0.100.jar' failed.
