Why do you need to STRRSESVR? What does this capability add to the
product? Really, I've never used STRRSESVR....

STRRSESVR is the old method of debugging green screen programs prior to the
introduction of Service Entry Points (SEP). As far as I'm concerned, it's
been out of date since the inclusion of SEP.
