Debugging service programs can be tricky but it does work. If it is
giving you trouble, try two things.
1. In the Debug view of the Debug perspective, terminate and remove the
service program. Then refresh the SEP.
2. If you change the service program you may need to end the job that is
calling it (you might get by with reclaiming the activation group).
