I saw that this has been discussed before. The solution was to install the
mouse driver 9.61 from Logitech. According to Logitech, this driver is no
longer available.

I would like to be able to be able to scroll in the window that the mouse
is pointed at which may or may not be the focused window.

I would appreciate it if some one has this driver that they contact me off
list.
