The only problem with the *ALL option is that it isn't available for SQLRPGLE source. Because of that I have standardized on *SOURCE.

This is most probably a compile option, DBGVIEW. I personally prefer
*LIST, but some like *SOURCE. The other thing to consider is OPTIMIZE -
it needs to be *NONE.

When I compile for debug, I always use DBGVIEW(*ALL). I haven't seen
where it has any drawbacks and there are rare circumstances when
it's very useful.
