No, I'm not familiar with Ctrl-O.  I can't get it to do anything, either, 
and I tried it in both RSE and LPEX.  If, by some chance, you're referring 
to Ctrl-Shift-A to open a member, yes, I know about that and use it all the 
time - after looking up the name of the member I want in PDM because it 
takes too long to find it using a drill-down or filter...

If the company has to pay for RDi before I can look at it, it may be a while 
before I get to do that.  Our market's down, and I don't know what the 
budget will bear this year.
