That;s a good sentiment, Justin: Jon Sayles is perhaps one of the most 
helpful people I've ever met, in or out of IBM.  No disrespect to 
Barbara or the dearly missed Violaine, Jon has gone out of his way for 
so many people it's hard to count them all.

To spare you the difficulty, I've already asked him.  Like all the 
members of the EGL team, he already considers me a ginormous pain in the 
butt <grin>.
