Hi Justin,
I had a dialog with a Softlanding developer last year, who said there
were still working on Subversion for the System i and that there would be a
V6R1 compatible version. I pointed out that the Collabnet page said there
was no active maintainer and he said he would stick in a request to have it
updated, which has either not happened or was ignored.
I think I still have his e-mail, so will ping him and see what is the story
now that the V6R1 version is available.

Thanks for the link. I had looked several times but could not find the
download.
I am a little confused about the status of the i5/OS binary project. The
Subversion page (
http://subversion.tigris.org/project_packages.html) says
that there is no active maintainer. The link that you provided includes a
build for the just-released i OS 6.1. The documentation PDF for 5.4 is
dated 24 Mar 08.
