Nick,

From what I read, it sounds like you want to allow the user to enter

into an empty list. When the page is rendered the array is empty and
therefore no rows are displayed. Try resizing the array prior to
displaying the jsp - probably in the onConstruction function.
i.e. previousEmpoyers.resize(10);
