"data development perspective" is not included in RDi V7.5.
Thanks.

And let me reiterate my position (which the Rational team knows, so I'm
not saying anything new):
I think all tools needed to create non-web applications need to be
available and fully supported in RDi. This includes the Data
Development Perspective (to allow us to migrate from STRSQL) as well as
full tools for batch Java development. If IBM truly wants RDi to
replace ADTS, we need to not have to switch back and forth between RDi
and the green screen.
Of course, as I recall STRSQL is part of a separately priced LPP, so I
expect IBM might be thinking that it ought to be a separately priced
plug-in for RDi. That I don't want to get into; all I know is that we
need the data perspective to fully do our job.
Note that I'm not asking for the WebSphere Test Environment, or all the
Java EE tools, or web tooling such as JSF support. All of those need to
be in RDi-SOA, however, and while IBM may not directly support non-EGL
EE development, having all those tools available is a good selling point
for RDi-SOA (but that's a different subject for a different day).
