My comment was based on seat pricing for new boxes, Dave.

This continues to be a bone of contention, and it's purely an IBM 
marketing issue.  George Farr and Todd Britton both promised me that 
there would be a migration path from ADTS to RDi.  It would not be the 
full $795, but it would also not be zero.  They have yet to come through 
with the specifics of that, and I suggest that you hammer George, Todd 
and Sam Palmisano on this particular point.  If you're already on ADTS, 
it's my belief you should be able to switch to RDi no charge, and that 
RDi would make it revenue from the SWMA.  SWMA should remain the same - 
one seat of ADTS for one seat of RDi.

Now if they charge you a minor bump to get to RDi, I guess I can 
understand it although it smells a lot like double-charging to me.  I 
guess the Rational team wants some blood from the SEU turnip.  But to 
charge full price to get from ADTS to RDi; that's just unfair.
