Re: 7.0.0.6 user action throws RSEG1003U

Had the same problem this morning and had to revert to SEU . 
 My user action was 
CPYSRCF FROMFILE(&L/&F) TOFILE(KCHEALTH/QRPGSRC) FROMMBR(&N)
 
Pretty simple ones it seems to me.

Running this user action (which worked at 7.0.0.4):

I get identical errors no matter what command I use, whether from the .4 
set of from a new user action I created with .6.
