Yuck.  I was very happy to be off of V6.

WDSC 7.0.0.6  In theory, WDSC is bundled with V5R4 SEU/PDM/compilers but
I'm pretty sure you need to order it.  Some feature code or other.  It's
possible that your BP did order it, and the CDs are in that stack that
came from IBM...  If you can't find them, my strong recommendation is to
call your Business Partner.  It sounds like that is going to be painful
for you - I sympathise, as I have a certain amount of bureaucracy too.
