I'm on Rdi 7.1, and it always seems to put the prototype at the end of my
main's D-Specs. I usually delete the comments on the prototype, leaving
the comments on the actual procedure only, so that I don't have to change
comments in two places if I need to alter the description.

Does anyone have any idea how WDSc 7 determines where to insert the
prototype when creating a new procedure using the wizard
(Source=>New=>Procedure...)?
Mine seems to have the annoying habit of inserting within the comments of
another prototype.
