Hey John

The current log does not give any information on the outline view problem.
I should have asked you to change the logging to include warnings and
information messages as well. To do this, go to Windows > preferences >
Remote Systems > Logging, and select the Warnings, errors and information
messages before you create the outline view.
I should have also asked if you have the latest fix pack. If you don't you
may want to download it.
