Right mouse click, choose "New --> procedure" no longer opens wizard
Until today, when I have been working in an RPG source member, if I
right-clicked I could choose New, and then Procedure, or
D-Specification, or Java method call and it would open a wizard
interview to build the code structure. Now, today, nothing happens when
I choose one of those options.
I am not aware of any changes that I have made that would be related in
any way to this change in behavior.
