I got this message and checked the members in that file, and Zendsvr isn't 
there.

I thnk I read about QATMHINSTC somewhere, but not sure where.

STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(ZENDSVR) 
File QATMHINSTC in library QUSRSYS with member ZENDSVR not foun
Problem detected with instance file QATMHINSTC in library QUSRSYS
HTTP server not started. 
STRTCPSVR completed successfully; however errors occurred.

<and see if the samples page pops up.
