I'm not sure, but I believe that normally the debugger will always do a
once-only stop at the PEP during program debug. After that it stops only at
the breakpoints. So it seems that in your case the debugger does that once
only stop, but does not see the breakpoints. Are you sure that you are
setting the breakpoints in a source that is really related to the program
object?
