Cool, thanks Bryce! I also saw tokenized but ignored it.
BTW, here is what the help text says:
"Tokenized:  Highlighting effects used by the document parser to display
language elements are sent to the printer."
So, either it prints in black and white, or the colors as shown on screen.
That's a pretty dry way to say it. :)
I had already copied the source to a text editor for printing, so this is
for future reference.
