This is a different issue.  I could spend an entire post just explaining 
the various directories, but the short-short is that each installation 
of a product uses two directories: a shared directory and a 
product-specific directory.  If you install two products, you end up 
with three directories: one shared, and one for each product.  Three 
products, four directories, and so on.

The part that's throwing you is that this directort structure is always 
the same no matter whether you install the products into separate 
workbenches or the same workbench.  If you're installing two products, 
you get three directories.  What makes them a single workbench (or not) 
is if you install them into the same "package group".  It's the package 
group that identifies the components of a workbench.

Something that confuses the issue a bit more is that even if your 
install RBD and RDi into the same workbench (which is what your rightly 
surmise is what is called RDi-SOA), you still get two icons.  One starts 
RDi-SOA in RDPi mode, the other in RBD mode.  There's some difference in 
what you see the first time you start a new workspace, but not a lot 
else I don't think.

If you really want to see what you've done, go to Installation Manager 
and fire up the option View Installed Packages.  This will give you a 
rundown of each of your package groups and what is installed in each one.
