Might have to do with the class cache that the JVM creates ... check out 
http://midurl.com/r and see if the instructions there help.

You could also check out this http://midurl.com/s to see if helps.

Since this started happening after a power failure, you might want to try 
running chkdsk on the system (a UPS for the system can't hurt either).
