If you want an Eclipse plugin that supports agile programming, use Rational
Team Concert.
That is what we are using internally and it is REALLY good. Not only for
customizable process track and enforcing, but for source control, and
especially tracking User Story/Defects/reasons to change code.
We have a distributed team across the continent, and this really helps us
work together seamlessly.
