I wonder if there are issues that don't occur outside the States. Like the debugger not working, for example. I have problems when uploading from an i project, the accented characters get changed. That would not be a problem in the US or GB.

On the other side of the coin, this shop will be buying
multiple licenses of RDP and even a few of RBD. The IBM
Rational tooling is by far the best tooling available for the
IBM i, and with each iteration it continues to get better. I
can't imagine going back to WDSC, much less V6. At least
move up to WDSC7!

Joe

Amazing!
So now I have shift ctrl F when I'm on the keyboard and
wheelUp when I'm on the mouse!

What a pity that it's my last day with the trial version of Rdp V8.0
I'll be wearing that mouse wheel out whenever possible for
the rest of today.

Tomorrow It'll be back to the Arkansas Chuggabug (WDSc V6.0)
I will miss my user actions and the application diagram
that I only recently discovered.

What a pity about the many bugs and SEP that didn't work.
We won't be buying until the thing works properly. For my
part, I can't wait for the next trial version to come out!
