Yes it should be as simple as CVTRPGSRC, but there are some concerns
hashed out on other threads. A quick google for cvtrpgsrc and caveat will
show you hits like

Basically it has to do with concerns over ignore decimal data error,
override scoping, dropping of the FREE op code and a few minor
technicalities. Not show stoppers in my book but bullets that the people
who want to stay with RPGIII (those who are counting the hours until
retirement) will keep in their gun as an excuse.
