Actually, there's no "probably" about it.  EGL tooling is Rational 
Business Developer, which is a separate product from and contains no 
parts of Rational Developer for Power.  So no, other than the support 
for calling programs on the i (which includes stateful connections!) I 
don't expect there to be any i-specific tooling.
