Jeff, I think you're referring to APAR SE48055 (
https://www-304.ibm.com/support/entdocview.wss?uid=swg1SE48055).
Unfortunately, this did not make it into RDP 8.0.0.3. It will be
addressed in a future service pack after 8.0.0.3.

The problem with Screen Designer where moving a field in a format that
referenced a window resulted in the field being moved to row 1 of the
window
is back.

I have installed the latest fix pack, and in fact have reinstalled the
original fix of the Edit.jar file and restarted RDp with the -clean
option,
but it still fails.

Did the latest fix pack break something else?
