I use CTRL+S alot so doesn't bother me to much.  But don't mind the idea of
when you select the TAB of your source it should try to put a lock back on
that source.  I think doing all at connection to that Remote System would
be best way, but only if the locks can be acquired on members in the
background without affecting the IDE.
