I haven't looked at HATS in years, and I'm wondering if I should give it a
second look to see what it can do. We currently own RBD (Rational Business
Developer), so have the HATS toolkit. Years ago, they charged by processor
level if you wanted to deploy a HATS application to production. Is this
still the case? IBM is big on listing features, but vague on pricing
models for everything I can find.
