You need to try Surveyor/400 from Linoma Software
(
http://www.linomasoftware.com/products/surveyor), it has an eclipse plug-in
that works with all the different variations of WDSC. It is much easier to
use than all the DSP commands, and you can extract to excel, text or pdf.
They have a free trial that will allow a single user at a time on your
iSeries. Once you get used to using it you will be hooked.

What I'm missing the most is being able to use the various DSP commands such
as DSPFD, DSPDBR, DSPPGM, etc. Many items of information that are shown with
these commands is not shown it the properties views of RD Power.
I have a RFE asking that user options have a way to display the last spool
file, that way, I could have a user action that does DSPDBR &L/&N
OUTPUT(*PRINT) and RD Power would display the resulting spool file.
