Spending all this time trying to avoid a tool like Linoma Softwares RPG Toolbox, that really is CHEAP! (Most likely cheaper than spend all the time to search for other cheaper tools)!
Not on ly does it convert from RPG III / IV to ILE RPG fixed or free, but also handles also cleanup of your source!
And yes, it do keep the date on the source lines!

The thing we miss though is an RDP plugin.
