I'm still on WDSCi 7. I believe Ctrl-Shift-A always pulls the source from the
host, and does not reopen the copy in the local cache at this release. If that
behavior has changed, I'd agree it needs a PMR.

I've honestly never encountered this before - and if it is a pre-existing
condition (ahem)... how could it at all acceptable to anyone?
For all I know I've already overwrote changes made by someone else.

Scary yes, but is this new? - seems to me this is: "the way we have always done
it"

Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] RDP 8.5 Open Service Requests
I found a new one, and I found it to be quite scary. I have submitted it as a
Service Request, but will share my findings.
I copied source to my test library (via PDM). In RDP 8.5, I did ctrl-shift-A to
open it. Something wasn't quite right about it, so I did a little
investigation... and it turns out RDP opened old source from my workspace.
In order to resolve this issue, I had to delete the temporary source in my
workspace. (Sidenote: In a previous note I had said I removed all of this
source, but I misremembered - I did that in a workspace I copied to the network
to share with other users as a template.) So, the resolution isn't so bad, but
if you're not aware you're modifying old source, well, that's pretty bad.
