Coincidentally, I just locked up RDP.
I had forgotten, but there is an intermittent conflict with a program called Breevy (www. 16software.com). It is a text expander utility that I like, but every once in a while it seems to lock up RDP. No doubt an issue with how it hooks into the keyboard. The lock only seems to happen when launching a debug session, and it is fairly rare.

... or if you try something like setting a SEP then launching the program in "Normal" mode from the Commands Log so that it is run in the same job that is servicing the RDP workspace.
