Hi everyone,
I thought I should follow up with the status of the COBOL outline on the
list so everyone can be aware of it.
Mike Hockings contacted me directly. He had me open the service request
(SR)--under our normal SWMA customer #. Just over one hour later, the SR
was updated with a note for "Entitlement Resolution." I was impressed how
quickly this was handled.
An APAR for the problem has been opened. It should soon be available to
subscribe to for anyone interested at
