To clarify... the comments that I wish to color are for compilation
instructions. These often get lost in the header and modification log. In
this instance I wish to make the statement :
/* Attention!! Program must be compiled with activation group of NEW. */
I want this simple line in red so that is does not get missed upon
recompilation as often happens with dire consequences. All other comments
should remain as normal.
