Thank you for the information regarding Service Packs and APARs. When I click on HELP and Check for Updates, I get a window saying:

"There are no update sites to search. Do you wish to open the "Available Software Sites" preferences?

If I click YES on that, how do I know which site to add? Also, are the APARs included in this site, or is there another process to get the APARs?
