It happens to me too. I've also noticed a couple of things that seem to
be related.

1) If you click and drag the scrollbar "bug" up and down, the screen
doesn't scroll smoothly. But click and hold the space above or below the
"bug" and that seems to work fine.

2) At least for me, in the first 30 seconds or so just after I start RDi,
the arrow keys work fine. After that first 30 seconds, something happens
that causes the Magical Disappearing Cursor Trick.

I'm using RDi 9.0.1
