It looks like Edmund has provided the APAR text already so you know
the whole story now.

Maybe telling the P-T-B that having [highly] paid developers copying APAR text into forums is a rather expensive resolution to not providing the information publicly. Additionally, even non-IBM people providing assistance to others [many truly altruistically] are being blocked by their inability to use their possibly better web-searching skills; again forcing more reliance on the developers to share that information. And if the developers are not doing that work, then nobody is, and the product(s) will suffer because the lack of information will just frustrate the actual customers.
