Yes, it has already been reported. I believe this is actually caused by a
defect in the base Eclipse. To get around it click outside of the edit
session then back in. One way the problem may show up is when you close a
previous edit session that drops you into the current one. You will find
that base edit functions like CTRL+S to save will work but some extended
functions related to the current parser (like compile) may not work. For
the two-stroke symptom I would *guess* that the first one ends up getting
Eclipse's attention back on the edit session then the second one goes the
normal path ;)

Here is the APAR, I don't have a link handy for the Eclipse bugzilla
though.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] RDi 9.0.1 Two Stroke for shortcut Menu key
Sent by: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi,

Has anyone reported the Dreaded "Two Stroke" for using the Shortcut menu?

Continually, I have to press the shortcut key twice to get functions.
(Cntrl+f10 or Right-click with mouse)...

I never remember this happening on previous reversion of Rational...

If no one has reported this to IBM, I can open on a PMR, if no one has
reported this already. I hope it is fixed in the next release.

I guess I could open up a PMR to verify that IBM knows about this. To the
Newbies, that makes the software look like crap... <sorry>
