Michael,

Yes, most of the time you could probably get away with clearing them even
if someone were using RDi. The worst that would probably happen is the
error list might not be populated. Of course you might run into an object
lock if the event file was being populated for someone's compile right
when you are trying to clear it. (Note: Clearing this file would actually
mean removing all the members--e.g., "RMVM FILE(EVFEVENT) MBR(*ALL)")
