In the end, it turned out to be quite simple.
I selected 'Install new software' from the Help menu in RDi.
Typed in this url in the "Work with" field:
http://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/integration/wmq/explorer/v75/updates/
And voila, the plug-in installed very easily.

I can't connect yet due to some SSL errors, but I feel I'm on the right 
track...
