Hi Kurt
That looks like some kind of bug. The rest of the Java stack trace would
be able to tell us exactly where this problem happened.
It must be trying to issue some kind of message. So we could try to figure
out what it is.
Could you send the rest of the start trace in the message (if you can
scroll down) and realistically this will be a PMR so that we can get it
fixed.

A co-worker just upgraded to 9.1.1.1 and she is getting an error when she
runs a search in RDi.
