I too use a user action, mostly because copying source around tends to
be part of either checking out or checking in. I have wildly informal
home grown change management commands which get fired by User Actions in
RDi or PDM (because we still have PDM users here).

Although, I just tried using RSE to copy between filters and as near as
I can tell, it did nothing. Neither doing the copy nor telling me why.
