Thanks to a PMR 18511,122,000 from Samuel Hansen I have been able to
identify the cause of RDi freezing when doing formatting. I am embarrassed
to say we did not do enough testing with embedded SQL and free form
embedded SQL was not being classified correctly as "free form" in the live
model, causing an infinite loop when formatting.

Just letting you know not to do formatting for now with free form SQL. I
will try to get a fix out as soon as I can. If you want to get the test
fix for this issue, you can open a similar PMR.
