The product support portal will give you a list of APARs. If a key icon
appears beside the description, it means that it is still open and you need
to added to it by the support team to get the details.

Subject:	[WDSCI-L] Search for APAR's
Sent by:	"WDSCI-L" <wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
What? There's a way to search for APAR's? I've always called the support
number or submitted an APAR myself. If there's a way to search for APAR's,
please explain how. I could use that. Thanks.

Great! I didn't even think to search for APAR. Glad to hear it a known
issue. It seems intermediate.
