I was having some trouble installing iSphere from the update site:

http://isphere.sourceforge.net/eclipse/rdi8.0/

I was receiving this error:

HTTP Server Unknown HTTP Response Code (302):http://isphere.sourceforge.net/eclipse/rdi8.0/plugins/biz.isphere.adapter_2.9.3.r.jar

I googled around a bit and found a reference that suggested using master.dl.sourceforge.net in the url instead.

I changed the url to this and I was able to download and install iSphere.

http://master.dl.sourceforge.net/project/isphere/eclipse/rdi8.0/
