That strange. I just downloaded the zip file (iSphere for RDi 8.0+
(v3.0.0.b006 Update Site).zip) and smoothly updated the following IDEs:

RDP 8.0.3
RDi 9.1.1.1
RDi 9.5.1.1

Just for your information, you do not need to extract the zip file. You
can directly add it as an archived update to your list of available
update sites. But of course extracting the zip file should work, too.
