I see it now "Ignore Case" must lowercase everything.

Was just using the (awesome) source file compare and had a small scare when looking at some code. I didn't realize that it displays source in lowercase.
Actual source statment:
if freaked_out = 'Y';
displays in iSphere Source Compare:
if freaked_out = 'y';
(note lower case Y)
Is this by design? Or is this some setting that I've missed?
