if you open a PMR we can confirm whether this is already fixed or not
it is the way to guarantee the fix is in for next release (window is
getting smaller)

Has anyone experienced this [I'm on 9.5.1.2]:
I add a free format DS [New] to the source directly after a DS defined in
Fixed Format [Old]. The New DS doesn't appear in the Outline view. When I
move the New DS to before the Old DS definition begins, then the New DS
appears in the Outline view. When I move the New DS to after a copybook for
some prototypes, the New DS also appears in the Outline view.
It seems when a free format DS is placed in the source after the last line
of a fixed format DS, the Outline view does not recognize the New DS.
Does anyone else see this, or is there a fix I need to install?
