That's a great resource, thank you. Once that is installed, assuming the
customer purchases the licenses can they be applied to this version or do
they need to download and reinstall from passport advantage?

While my download and install went flawlessly at 9.5.1 (albeit a bit
tedious) many customers just don't have the same experience. This looks far
easier.
